ROBERT HOLMES BELL, District Judge.

This case presents a three-count complaint, asserting claims growing out of plaintiff’s discharge from employment with defendant Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Plaintiff alleges in counts I and II that her discharge was the product of racial discrimination. She seeks relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, asserting she’s been denied equal rights under the law; under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, being 42 U.S.C. § 2000 e-2, alleging unlawful discrimination in employment; and under Michigan’s Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.
