Presently before the Court in this diversity tort case is defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Defendant has, for present purposes, conceded the truth of the plaintiff’s allegations. 1

Plaintiff, a former employee of defendant Mutual, alleges that Mutual through its employees and agents “initiated a course of conduct toward the Plaintiff, the purpose of which was to generate in the Plaintiff insecurity about his job . . .
