In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for dental malpractice, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Straniere, J.), entered August 24, 2007, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Edward Jastremski and Edward Jastremski, D.D.S., PC., which was for summary judgment dismissing so much of the complaint as sought to recover damages for dental malpractice relating to treatment rendered prior to November 12, 2001, insofar as asserted against them.
