In an action to recover damages for dental malpractice, etc., the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Donoghue, J.), dated January 27, 1995, which denied his motion for partial summary judgment dismissing those causes of action in the complaint which were based upon alleged acts of malpractice occurring prior to January 22, 1991, as barred by the applicable Statute of Limitations.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
