BELL, Chief Justice.

Appellant brought suit against Guy A. Thompson, Trustee for International-Great Northern Railroad Company, the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Engine-men, and Neches Lodge 156 of said Brotherhood. Missouri Pacific Railroad Company is successor to Guy A. Thompson, Trustee. The object of the suit was to recover wages of $7,000 that would have been paid appellant as a fireman had he been permitted to work for Missouri Pacific in the Palestine District from September 29, 1952, to February 2, 1954.
