ALEXANDER, Chief Justice.
L. R. Smith brought this suit against the International Printing Pressmen and Assistants’ Union of North America for damages for wrongful expulsion from the union. The verdict of the jury was in favor of the plaintiff for actual damages, but against him for exemplary damages. However, the trial court, on motion, entered judgment non obstante veredicto for defendant.
