MEMORANDUM RULING AND JUDGMENT

MELANQON, District Judge.

Before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the defendant. For the reasons that follow, the motion is granted.

Background

This is an insurance claim arising under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended (NFIA). 42 U.S.C. § 4001, et seq. The plaintiffs seek to recover losses allegedly sustained from a flood which occurred in 1994 and damaged their camp in Stephens-ville, Louisiana.
