WOOD, Judge, Court of Appeals.

The issues involve a contract to lend money, damages for breach of contract and a directed verdict on promissory notes.

Plaintiff sued defendants to recover the balance due on two promissory notes. Defendants counterclaimed, alleging breach by plaintiff of a contract to lend money.
