OPINION

LOPEZ, Judge.

This suit was brought by plaintiffs-appellants in the District Court of Bernalillo County to recover damages resulting from the alleged wrongful acts of defendants-appellees. The trial court granted appellees’ motions for summary judgment and denied appellants’ motion for partial summary judgment. Appellants appeal from the court’s entry of summary judgments in favor of appellees and from its denial of appellants’ motion for partial summary judgment.
