This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court for Talbot County construing a will in which the testator used ambiguous words to describe the subject of a-bequest. A suit for construction of the will of R. Carl Bamberger was filed by his executors, the appellees. The executors are Thomas Herlihy, Jr. (Herlihy), the testator’s attorney who had prepared the will, and Albert J. Matlusky (Matlusky).
