Reddy v. Mody

An action for medical malpractice was filed by Ronald S. Schimel, personal representative of the estate of Kamala Reddy, G. Pulla Reddy, individually and as husband of Kamala Reddy, and Getta G. Reddy, Swinita G. Reddy, Ragashkar G. Reddy and Rajandra G. Reddy, as children of Kamala Reddy, appellants, against Vibhakar J. Mody and Sigma Centers of America, Incorporated, appellees.
