This litigation arose out of an automobile collision at the intersection of Beaver Dam Road and Shawan Road in Baltimore County, between an automobile owned and operated by Arthur F. Blizzard, in which his wife, Margaret E. Blizzard, was a passenger, and an automobile owned and operated by John C. Shaneybrook. The Blizzard car entered the intersection from Beaver Dam Road, the unfavored highway. The Blizzards each filed separate suits for injuries and damages against Mr. Shaneybrook, who died before the suits came to trial.
