The appellant, Equitable Life Insurance Company of Iowa, issued to the appellee, Frank C. Hauser, a policy on his life, payable at his death to Lillian W. Hauser, Ms wife, if the policy was in force, in the sum of $5,000. The policy contained a disability provision as follows:
