Plaintiffs brought this action to quiet title to eighty acres of land in Kern County. The answer of defendants is not in the record. No point is made of this omission and as both counsel agree that the answer denied title of the land in the plaintiffs and stated no affirmative defense we will assume that this correctly summarizes the missing pleading. Judgment went for plaintiffs, and defendants have appealed.
