Nippon Steel Corporation, NKK Corporation, Kawasaki Steel Corporation, and Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., (collectively “Nippon” or “Plaintiffs”), respondents in the underlying investigation, move for judgment upon the agency record pursuant to USCIT Rule 56.2.
