*186This is a compensation case. In the trial court judgment was rendered in favor of the employee against the insurance carrier as for total permanent incapacity payable in a lump sum. The insurance carrier appealed to the Court of Civil .Appeals and that court dissmissed the appeal on the ground that the district court had no jurisdiction of the case. 91 S. W. (2d) 1147.
