BARRON, Justice.

The appellants, plaintiffs in the trial court, have appealed from an adverse judgment in a jury trial arising out of a rear-end collision occurring in Harris County about November 27, 1962, resulting in alleged personal injuries to Mrs. Eu-banks and damages to plaintiffs’ automobile. Judgment was rendered below in favor of appellants in the sum of $538.00 pursuant to the verdict of the jury. Appellants had sought recovery of $25,200.00.
