This is an action brought to recover damages for death, in accordance with the provisions of Revised Statutes (1944), Chapter 152, Sections 9 and 10. The plaintiff’s intestate, Beverly Ann Greene, met her death on July 15, 1950 as a result of an accident involving the motor vehicle of the defendant, Frank S. Willey, Jr. The deceased was at the time nearly twelve years of age (born August 29, 1938). The case was heard in the Cumberland County Superior Court.
