This action was brought by the city of Seattle to condemn property for street purposes. There was involved in the proceeding a large number of properties in different ownerships, one of which was the Lake Union Brick Company. In the verdict in favor of that company, the three items totaled the sum of $17,769.90. Judgment was entered upon the verdict, and the brick company appeals.
