Plaintiff Larry Ketcher brings this action against his former employer, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Wal-Mart”), alleging discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12111, et seq. (“ADA”) and the Texas Labor Code § 21.001 et seq.
