DONALD, District Judge.

Before the Court is Defendant American International Speciality Line Insurance Company’s motion for summary judgment in this declaratory judgment action. Plaintiffs Methodist Healthcare and University Hospital (collectively “Methodist”) request a declaratory judgment as to Defendant’s responsibility to defend and indemnify Methodist in an underlying insurance coverage dispute ongoing in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee.
