Reversing.
K. N. Risner, a resident of Magoffin oonnty, died intestate in February, 1932. He owned some real estate and also personal property sufficient to pay all debts and obligations against Ms estate. His wife preceded him in death. He had a large family of children, two ■of whom died, each leaving a number of children.
In June, 1932, Grant Risner and some of the other children and heirs at law of decedent, K. N. Risner, instituted this action against Loretta Risner, the widow, and J. P. Risner and others, as the children and heirs at law of…
