This is a civil action arising out of the alleged sexual harassment of an employee of the Town of Grafton. Nancy Billings filed suit against the Town and her former supervisor, Russell J. Connor, Jr., for injuries arising out of Connor’s alleged sexual harassment over a period of approximately three years.
