MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANT THOMPSON ISLAND OUTWARD BOUND EDUCATION CENTER INC.’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
STEARNS, District Judge.
This is an employment case involving allegations of race discrimination. Defen dant Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center Inc. (Thompson OBEC) moves for a summary disposition of plaintiff Sean Holloway’s Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56(c). Thompson OBEC argues that some of Holloway’s claims are barred by a previous Settlement Agreement and Release, while the others are unsupported by the evidence. Thompson OBEC’s motion will be ALLOWED.
