This appeal assigns error in the action of the District Court in granting the motion of Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corpora tion, Ltd., to quash service of process upon it and in dismissing the action as to it on the ground that it was not a resident of the Southern District of New York within the requirements of the federal venue statute, Jud.Code § 51, 28 U.S.C.A. § 112.
