MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

Presently before the court are two applications for attorney’s fees and costs associated with plaintiffs opposition to defendant Red Clay Consolidated School District’s (“Red Clay”) motion for open enrollment (the “Open Enrollment Motion”). (D.I. 1802; 1811) (the “fee applications”) The attorneys originally applied for fees without any documentation to support their applications.
