FUENTES, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Kevin Patrick Flood (“Flood”) challenges his conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess and distribute marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Flood was found guilty on all three counts and was sentenced to 180 months in prison for the marijuana offenses and 120 months in prison for the firearm offense, with the terms to run concurrently.
