Defendant appeals from an injunction decreeing specific performance of a subordination clause contained in a purchase and sale agreement entered into by the parties. We affirm.
Plaintiffs purchased an inn and surrounding property from the defendant in December, 1982. Defendant financed part of the purchase price by accepting two promissory notes from the plaintiffs, secured by a mortgage covering the real estate.
