— Affirming.

Tbe appellee, J. T. Eades, Jr., recovered judgment against tbe Business Men’s Assurance Company (hereinafter referred to as tbe Company) for commissions of $1,763.91 alleged to be due him under a contract, and the Company appeals. Tbe case was referred to tbe master commissioner to bear proof and determine tbe accounts between tbe parties. He found in favor of Eades in tbe above sum and tbe chancellor confirmed tbe report.
