The City of Wilkes-Barre (Employer) petitions for review from the May 25, 2004 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed the order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Employer’s petition for supersedeas fund reimbursement and ordering the Department of Labor and Industry, Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (Bureau), to reimburse Employer $22,459.52 in overpayments made by Employer to William Spaide (Claimant). We affirm.
