Wausau Insurance Companies (Wausau) petition for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) order granting Wausau’s application for supersedeas fund reimbursement and directing the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to reimburse Wausau for an overpayment of compensation paid during the period of September 9, 1992 to June 18, 1997.
