Judge PELLEGRINI.

The issue on appeal is whether the Boeing Company (Employer) met all of the requirements necessary for reimbursement from the Supersedeas Fund under Section 443(a) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act)1 after making overpayments to one of its employees, Thomas Horan (Claimant). The overpayments resulted because the offset was not allowed against the compensation that it was required to pay for the amount of unemployment compensation benefits and severance pay that Claimant received after his departure from his employment.
