This action was commenced by Daisy Westhafer, defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the Sand Springs Railway Company, a corporation, plaintiff in error; defendant below, filing her petition in the district court in and for Tulsa county, on the 27th day of December, 1917. The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant, just as they appeared in the lower court.
