Before a general court-martial of officers and enlisted members, pursuant to his pleas, Appellant was convicted of assault consummated by battery on a child under the age of 16 years, in violation of Article 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ] 10 U.S.C. § 928 (2000). Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of two specifications of indecent acts with a child under the age of 16 years, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000).
