Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of members at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. Appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of engaging in sexual contact with a child who had not attained the age of twelve years and one specification of engaging in a sexual act with a child who had not attained the age of twelve years, both in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006).
