Contrary to the decision of the trial court, we conclude that under the circumstances of this case, the owner of a motorboat is liable for the death of a cabinetmaker whom the former hired to help him to réplace the gasoline motors of his boat for Diesel motors, death which resulted from an explosion which occurred at the place where the deceased *697went, by orders of the owner, to drill some holes in the com- < bustion tanks.
