This is a suit by an insurance company to enforce its subrogated right to recover the amount paid under a casualty insurance policy to the owner of a cotton picker which was allegedly destroyed by fire through the negligence of the defendants. Plaintiff, Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from a jury verdict in favor of defendants, Roy, Barry and Martha Hin-son.
