This case is before the Court on the Petition of the Inspector General of the Resolu tion Trust Corporation For Summary Enforcement of an Administrative Subpoena Duces Tecum and the Motion of Respondent Rose Law Firm for a Protective Order. The Court has determined that the subpoena should be enforced, as narrowed by the Peti-, tion and the representations of counsel that Rose may produce a list of Rose’s clients for the relevant period and need not produce the other client-identifying documents originally sought.
