OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING

COHEN, Justice.

We deny appellant’s motion for rehearing; however, we withdraw our original opinion and issue this one in its stead.

Appellants Mary Ann Inglish, Robert B. Inglish, and Gary W. Inglish, as trustee of the Inglish family insurance trust (the Trust), appeal the summary judgment granted to Prudential Insurance Company in this breach of contract/unjust enrichment case.
