This matter is before the court pursuant to the garnishees’ resisted motion for removal to the United States District Court, and pursuant to the garnishees’ resisted motion to dismiss. The essence of the case before this court is that the Iowa Child Support and Recovery Unit in Spencer, Iowa has sought to garnish checks delivered to workers pursuant to a settlement agreement reached between the garnishees and the workers in another unrelated ease.
