MEMORANDUM OPINION
CHASANOW, District Judge.
Presently pending and ready for resolution in this employment compensation dispute is the motion of Defendant Visio-nAIR, Inc. (“Defendant”), to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) or, in the alternative, for summary judgment under Fed.R.Civ.P. 56. Paper no. 8. Defendant contends that Plaintiff has failed to state a claim on which relief may be granted because (1) the claims are barred by the applicable statute of limitations and (2) Defendant has paid Plaintiff all of the money he is owed.
