HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiffs, producing and refining companies owned by the same interests, bring this bill to enjoin the orders of the commission limiting the production from wells of the oil and refining company in accordance with the proration orders promulgated for the Panhandle field.

The petition alleged that the plaintiffs’ wells were being produced to the full producing capacity permitted by the use of a sufficient gas oil ratio, and that no waste of the state’s resources is being caused by the method or rate of production.
