The Danciger Oil & Refining Company, a corporation, owner of certain oil and gas leases in the Panhandle district of Texas, on which it had in January, 1931, 42 oil wells with a potential producing capacity of approximately 5,200 barrels of oil daily, by this suit sought to enjoin the enforcement of the order of the railroad commission (hereinafter referred to as the commission), effective January 23, 1931, in which the production of oil in the state of Texas was limited to 644,253 barrels, that in the Panhandle district to 40,000, and that of appellant to its pro rata part thereof, amounting…
