Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County (John F. O’Donnell, J.), entered June 1, 2005. The judgment dissolved the marriage of the parties and, among other things, distributed plaintiffs pension benefits.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed without costs.
Memorandum: We reject plaintiffs contention in appeal No. 2 that Supreme Court’s November 2003 decision and the judgment of divorce do not accurately reflect the terms of the parties’ stipulation with respect to the distribution of plaintiffs pension benefits.…
