The Toro Company (“Toro”) appeals the decision of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota granting summary judgment of non-infringement of United States Patent No. 4,694,-528 (“the '528 patent”) in favor of White Consolidated Industries, Inc., and WCI Outdoor Products, Inc.
