A jury awarded plaintiff Sharon Eke-dahl $661,875 in a breach of contract action against defendant COREStaff, Inc. COR-EStaff challenges the district court’s denial of its motion for judgment as a matter of law, asserting that there was no stock options contract between the parties, both because there was no agreement on an essential term and because the alleged contract did not satisfy the Statute of Frauds.
