In this divorce proceeding, appellant husband sought enforcement of a separation agreement between the parties wherein ap-pellee wife, inter alia, relinquished her equity in the marital abode. Finding no “meeting of the minds” between the parties, the trial court refused to enforce the separation agreement and entered a $30,000 judgment against the husband, representing the additional amount necessary to insure that the wife received one-half the net proceeds from the sale of said residence.
