— In a condemnation proceeding, the condemnor appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Marbach, J.), entered October 31, 1986, as after a nonjury trial, awarded the claimant consequential damages in the principal sum of $538,550.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements.
