HENDERSON, Circuit Judge.
This is a petition for review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (hereinafter referred to as the “NLRB”, or the “Board”) and a cross-petition for enforcement of the order.
The National Oil Workers Union (hereinafter referred to as “NOWU”) Local 14 had been the certified bargaining representative of the hourly employees in the production department of Amoco Production Company (hereinafter referred to as “AMOCO”) since 1963, and the company and the union had been parties to a collective bargaining agreement since 1965.
