CALLISTER, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff in this action claims to be the victim of age and religious discrimination. He has filed suit under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. The defendant, KID Broadcasting Corporation . (KID), responded' by filing a motion to dismiss.
